By downloading, installing, or using the Dialogue application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptable Use

When using Dialogue, you agree to:

  • Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • Not use the App in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law.
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App or any systems or networks connected to the App.
  • Not use the App to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or in a way that is threatening, abusive, defamatory, or invasive of another's privacy.
  • Not use the App to store or transmit malware, viruses, or other malicious code.

2. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Dialogue and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Dialogue.

3. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Dialogue, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, including but not limited to:

  • Direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
  • Damages arising from loss of use, data, or profits.
  • Personal or relationship issues that may arise from using our App.

Dialogue is designed as a tool to help communication but is not a substitute for professional relationship counseling or therapy.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of Dialogue, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.
  • Restricting access to your device and account.
  • All activities that occur under your account or on your device.
  • Providing accurate and complete information when creating an account or using the App.
  • Using the insights and recommendations provided by the App responsibly and at your own discretion.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
